“In the Matter of: Sarah Majid Zeaiter, Inmate Number: 13993-029, FCI Waseca, P.O. Box 1731, Waseca, MN 56093. On October 14, 2016, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa, Sarah Majid Zeaiter (‘Zeaiter’) was convicted of violating Section 38 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2778 (2012)) (‘AECA’). Zeaiter was convicted of violating Section 38 of the AECA by knowingly and willfully attempting to export and cause to be exported, from the United States to Lebanon, firearms and ammunition designated as defense articles on the United States Munitions List, without the required U.S. Department of State licenses. Zeaiter was sentenced to 87 months in prison, three years of supervised release, and an assessment of $300. Zeaiter also was placed on the U.S. Department of State Debarred List.”
