Ltd. met the criteria for sanctions set forth in section 1244(d)(1)(A) of the Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act of 2012 (IFCA), and selected sanctions described in section 6(a) of the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996 (ISA) to be imposed with respect to these persons.”
