“This final rule amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding four entities to the Entity List. These four entities have been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the foreign policy and national security interests of the United States and will be listed on the Entity List under the destination of Burma. This rule also amends the EAR by correcting the address of one entity, listed under Burma, on the Entity List.”
